How change vibrate buzz to long long in Evo?

I forget and I cant find answer...how to change vibrate from short short to buzz long long? For everything?? Now my Evo just have 2 short buzz buzz...I want change something else ...how?
 
This completely depends on what you want to use the vibration for. Also, some programs have their own notification settings that can be customized.

What specifically is it that you want long double vibrate for?
 
What program do you use for Text and Email? Are you using Gmail? Are you using the program for text that came with the phone?
 
htc evo's vibrate two buzz times limit -

my htc evo two time buzz plus add handcent apps (font size) two or three time buzz add total 4 or 5 times buzz plus flash light alters -- good enough for me
