So my name is Leigh, and I'm a 1st year grad student getting my phd in chemistry. I'm hearing, but very interested in ASL and Deaf culture. I'm taking an ASL 1 course right now, so my signing is probably pretty awful, but I love going to class every week, and I try to go to any events I can find around the Boston area. Nice to meet you all! :)

It is french, and google was close, it should be, "Here is my secret. It is very simple: one only sees well with the heart. What's essential is invisible to the eyes." It's from The Little Prince, one of my favorite books. :)
