Does anyone have volume problem with ZVRS app on iPhone? My iPhone is always on mute or set volume to zero. This app seems to override my sound settings, even I disabled the ZVRS audio in the setting.
I'll explain what happened:
I am not sure if they are being honest or not. Most of the apps I have on iPhone is set to mute or no sounds which worked really well. I think it must be ZVRS who didn't want to spend more time investigating the issues, let alone blaming Apple for this. It's been like this for a while.
I love this app but it need to be improved, not left alone.
What about you all? Did you experienced the same issues?
I'll explain what happened:
- Launched ZVRS app, entered the # to call
- ZVRS advertising appeared, is loud and had to set volume to zero.
- Interpreter appeared, calling other person, can hear both of them. Had to tell interpreter to kill the audio. (I have no control over there)
- Called ZVRS customer service, informed them what happened. All they told me was that it on Apple's side, not them.
