Zimmerman attorneys say Trayvon Martin was on drugs

I think Casey Anthony go free because of bad prosecutor and failed to persuade the jury that Casey did kill the baby.
That's what Steel X said.

yet they did a shit poor job of proving any evidence against her.

I have a feeling this case isn't going to end well. They probably will let him go free since they already let Casey Anthony go free even though WE KNOW she is involved in the murder of her two year old daughter, yet they did a shit poor job of proving any evidence against her.

that's why they assigned top prosecutor for this job.

If Zimmerman get off there is going to be a riot , people are going to be very angry , and I will be too.

I doubt it. So much time has passed now I think we are beyond the riot stage. I could be wrong.

Wow, that is ridiculous. If the prosecution tries to present Trayvon as a god kid this evidence should be allowed for sure.

I see no such thing. and the evidence was clearly and obviously irrelevant.

Oh well. We will see how it plays out.

I already know how it's gonna play out. My crystal ball says it will not bode well for Zimmerman.

Hoozah! Hoozah! a cop wannabe walking around... nothing can sicken me like that. I'm glad that we're going to make a big example out of him. I look forward to seeing him wearing pink jumpsuit.

Some of the evidence could ultimately raised during the trial, however, if it is proven relevant and admissible based on what the prosecution presents, Judge Debra Nelson said.
So it depends on what the prosecution presents. If the procescution says that TM was a good boy who was never in trouble, never smoked weed, etc, then the judge will allow the defense lawyer to prove them wrong.

Difficult to say, that scenario usually applies to defendants, not "victims"

I do think the THC test will be introduced though.

:dunno: I will wait for the evidence.

that's not what prosecutor is going to present or even to begin with.

very simple - Trayvon did not commit any crime. He simply bought Arizona Iced Tea and Skittle... and walked home. simple as that... and Zimmerman spotted him and saw something - as part of his paranoid delusion. From there.... he has made a series of mistakes that led to Trayvon's death.

plain and simple.

absolutely. it will be and there will be medical examiner testifying that it's a very trace amount and that in his professional medical opinion, it plays absolutely no role in his behavior. and as usual - Zimmerman's lawyer will be quibbling around to distract jury away from it.

and the prosecutor will cry out "OBJECTION!" and the judge will warn him for attempting to introduce an irrelevant evidence.

Nah, the judge has left most of the evidence as pending foundation. As is common, the defense expert will testify that smoking pot commonly causes paranoia. That should provide enough foundation to admit the drug test evidence. Smoking pot can also cause vertigo.

*shrug*

as expected.. a quibbling. I'll leave that to a medical professional to explain and his testimony will dispute that. no doubt that jury will not buy defense's argument.

Then the prosecutor must prove it. So wait and see if they succeed or not. Does your crystal ball show that they will succeed? :laugh2:

Wirelessly posted

Funny how the defense is trying to divert the attention to TM. His history has nothing to do with why he was murdered by a wanna be cop. Zim. has a history as well.
He actually has violence on record. TM may have been done things that he should not have done, but that does not give Zim a license to track down and kill TM.

Then the prosecutor must prove it.
that's what I said. very very very easy for prosecutor to demonstrate that Zimmerman has a history of violence along with several arrests and has a propensity for violence. I'm wondering why you're not bothered by it.

So wait and see if they succeed or not. Does your crystal ball show that they will succeed? :laugh2:
yes. Foxrac's link pretty much confirmed my predictions.
