I just wanted to let people know that there is a small fan in these dryer's that start to burn out after 5 years of normal use. If would not have been for my wife telling me about the noise the dryer would be no good. I found the fan on ebay its a 60mm x 60mm x 10mm 12 volt 2 pin cooling fan. You will find it very easy to replace, 2 screws on the bottom of the dryer lift of the cover inside, then 4 screws holding the fan on and unplug it, the fan will cost you around $5.00. I think a new dryer is around $80.00 these days, I hope this helps anyone in need.

Hope mine hasn't broken and I'm not aware of it :/ Had my zephyr for about 7 years roughly.

I've found that you can feel a slight vibration when the fan is running, even if its not audible.
