Your funny christmas story

Okay, with christmas soon approaching, I thought this is a good time to share a funny christmas story to put a smile on everyone's face. If you have a funny one to share, write away! :D

Okay I will go first with mine.

Many years ago when I was younger, I was looking for a gift for my hubby in a shopping centre. I had an idea what to get for him and know where to look. I have found a section where a gift are and it's down at the very bottom shelf on the floor. So me down on my hands & knees on the floor and looking at the back of the bottom shelf, I found what I was looking for. Then I was startled by a big man voice saying 'Ho Ho Ho' and turned around to see a pair of shiny black boots. I looked up and it was Santa standing there. I got up and he gave me a sweet/candy. He must have thought I am a kid cos I am a short person. Then he walk away to carry on. :giggle:
 
Many years ago my parents buy our first Rhodesian Ridgeback dog. On Christmas Eve they put all our presents around the tree and in stockings and go to bed. When we go downstairs on Christmas morning our Rhodesian Ridgeback dog escaped from our laundry room, opened all our presents, broke many ornaments, chewed my dad's stocking, and ate a cake in the kitchen. My parents said they heard noise and thought my brother was eating cookies and watching tv!! Our dog was so happy and slept on the couch with a big tummy all day. We had the dog for years and he ate many more cakes because he was tall and very sneaky.
