OK, sorry, I couldn't help the stupid title.
But I remembered suddenly that I'd promised my father to do some research about this.
My great grandmother, who is 95 years old, has lost all of her hearing now. This is creating a real problem for others communicating with her. They can write things down, but this is not so easy for her son (my grandfather), who has had a stroke and his coordination is poor. Even typing is excruciatingly difficult for him.
Are there any good speech-to-text devices that would work for a situation like this? What do I need to know in order to make a good decision?
I really don't know what's out there. But it would mean a lot if you guys could tell me something about this, because you'd be helping a son and mother to communicate much more easily.

You may want to go online RoseImmortal and check out Harris Communications to see if they have this specific device you are looking for. I hope you find it!
