At my gym, I see the yoga class and see how flexible those people are. Since I am getting older and my body takes longer to recover from exercising or playing sports. I am wondering if I do yoga will it help? Also, I would like to know if any deaf person who goes to the yoga class can let me know if it is easy to follow the instructor? I noticed that the class usually close their eyes or get into a position that blocks eye contact to the instructor so I am wondering since I am deaf, would it be worth it to try it and be able to follow the instructions?
Or if u want to post your experiences with yoga class, go ahead. I am just interested in it but would like your feedback.
