Why'd you take a break. I currently have a shoulder injury, so havent practiced in 2 months and I am going completely insane. I hope you do go back soo & are able to reap all the amazing benefits.

I was going to take some Yoga classes and I went for a free class but the instructor talked so softly , I had trouble hearing her and she kept telling to keep our eyes close when lying on the floor. It's impossible to read lips with your eyes closes . I did not go back but I did do a lot of yoga as a teenager . I brought a book and learned that way.
