lol, no. it's the long-DEAD brother because he died many years ago. I suggest you to re-read the second chatper for more clear. :)

Yeah, I am working on Ch 3, editting it and probably will re-write it a little. :)

Yes long dead brother. It was the first email I read this morning before anything else. I rather read a story first. Installing almost done.

All right. For ur info, that's normal for people confuse with two words, long lost and long dead.

Explains:
Long lost - a person has a borther or sister who is missing for long a time or is just disappearing very longer time.

Long dead - a person has a child who was died 412 years ago. That's quiet been while since the child passed away. It's not just a child, could be mother, father, sister, cousin, and any relative. :) Espeically (best) friends.

Here's good explain.
Crescent is the first-born child of Moonshade and Strongbow. Crescent was first mentioned in Hidden Years #17, "Thick-Coming Fancies". The Wolfriders, under Ember's leadership, had a run-in with insects that caused hallucinations. At that time, Ember was having difficulties with her chieften-ship, especially with Moonshade (who acted toward Ember like her life-mate had once acted toward Cutter). In this story, when Ember approaches Moonshade, Moonshade hallucinates the Ember is her long-dead daughter Crescent. We learn that Crescent died at the hands of humans and little more.

I just finished reading Mother's Love. Why did she stop? Have she written other stories besides Mother's Love?

It is best to keep writing the whole draft. Then go away from your work for awhile like an hour or two, even one day or so. When you go back your writing you will notice your grammers, or any errors. You could smooth it out, even change or add anything you see fit. Just save your grammers, or any error for later. There is no time to quit writing your story, or you will never have a story to finish.

Sometimes when you finish one novel and put it away for a year, you will go back and see pretty much that you haven't noticed. And sometimes you would get surprise at yourself and say to yourself, "Did I write this?" It always get better and better everytime you write than your first one, second one, and so on.... The more you write, the better your writing are going to be.

There is always improvement, more and better ideas and sometimes your writing will scare you as if you were not yourself. Of course you are being someone else in one character and then bound to another character with different personality as their point of views. We can create as much as we want but don't go overboard to confuse all readers. We need their point of views bec we rely on them, the readers need to know who they are, what they do in the story, their backgrounds, the scene background also so the reader could picture them and the scene more clearly in their head while they read the story. Without it, there will be no story. Many writers always have problem with point of view, sometimes they would forget writing their characters' point of veiw because they kept writing, writing and writing without thinking as they were creating a story to avoid writier's block.

I did rely her PM with many suggestions for her stories.

Yeah, she jsut stopped because she did not sure where it will go so she created other story. but - why not you guys can talk with her? But, I jsut dont want you guys tell her what I told you, otherwise, she probably will mad at me for telling you about her PM.
Just tell her, "how you like/love her story and you noticed your story had stoppen at 2004. You thought you can remind her to write more chatpers, and etc" Just something say to her. :)

Sorry off topic: I was wondering if you ever lose your hearing? I would be so surprised if you didn't.
They hired a new girl today, I am training her and she has a daughter, age 7 and she is deaf. Her daughter just lost her hearing recently and she is planning to buy her daughter a hearing aid. I told her go for it and she will be very HAPPY!!!

Back to topic: Sorry I haven't been here, Hell break loose again...So anyway, two days ago I was writing and doing revisions also. I did break some ideas writing the first two chapters on Nightmare on Interstate I78, and I am still working on it. I liked the way it goes but there is one problem though, I need a freaking map!!! Lol, but I decided that I will get back to it later after the first and second chapters are complete. I love the way I began the story. I am giving it a break for a few days then go back to see if I screw up or not. I had a dream about it that I was in it!!! Scary...I could feel the frostbite...brrr....
Then I did check out my second novel, Part II--Chapter Three throught ten. Chapter Three and Four are ready to go soon. I was back to a hundred-five degrees. Funny I am in between the snowstorm with a 20 minus windchill and a hundred-five degrees heat wave...2 different novels.
My grandmother is looking forward to the the next chapters...she have read my first one so many times that she lost count.
She was so thrilled I finally post my second book, since she fell in love with my characters. She is 73 years old, God Bless her, she is addict to books also. So you guys know where we all came from.

I will check out Megan's other stories. Have she publish any of her stories?

This wbsite site, FictionPress, is about grenel creative writing, sharing a story or poem, essays, and etc - it's not about famous writers. Just random authors like you, me, elwood, and other writers. It's also welcome them to express their talents, creative, and writing style. Just like Deviant Art, deviantART: where ART meets application!.

I'm not here to be famous but successor wanna be and to share them with my own stories. :)

Nice how you put it. I will give a try to be famous, or maybe not. Who knows what tomorrow will bring. :) Everyone has their own talents. Weird huh?

Heh, yeah. I noticed it was a different interest.

I am pretty sure that writers are still here in this AllDeaf. Just give them a time because you know some of them may be busy, non-active updates, and/or any reason. Actually.. :)
