Of course you can.

1. slice lightly on the middle of the potato
2. Boil potato 20-25 min
3. Ice Batch (Ice and water) sit for 10 to 15 sec
3. take both end of skin off

Have fun mashing your skinless potato....

Why not peel 'em before boiling? With the extra steps and 10 second count down per tater, it would be just as quick..

Altogether an interesting concept no matter how many 'steps' it takes to inititate it.... ;)

*wondering how many of our members here will try this and see how 'easy' this may be?* Anybody?

As for myself, I may try it by using a larger bowl (with ice) to use for more than one potato at a time-- ;)
