Having Internet connections while flying on a plane is way. I wonder that video chats would be possible? Will webcam on notebook, MVP or other portable VP work? The technology is capable of supporting two-way video chat but the actual implementation by provider may degrade video quality or block the video ports entirely.

I recalled reading an article about this by tech blogger for perhaps CNET (I cannot recall). data heavy such as streaming/p2p/video conference were blocked but the author used the workaround and it works.
