I do not know which I could write post at thread? Sorry... Anyway

Here

I didn't realize that today I left my flat tv was on all day to now and that room's temp was so hot and find out that cause by my flat s front glass was very hot? Its normal?

Thanks

I have a Magnavox 32" HDTV, and my screen is hot, too. It seems to be a culprit for warming up my room... It seems to give me a bit of headache...

I'd prefer to have a 30" CRT Widescreen Monitor, but won't fit in my computer furniture that I have my screen close to me.

Sometime in the future, OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) will be better for me. I didn't like the backlighting in my HDTV but had to sacriface it over CRT. :(

it's normal for both fat and thin tv have hot as computer do.

while yes this is normal, I do not recommend letting it get too hot. Alot of appliances overheat from overuse. I recommend unplugging and shutting off that appliance until it cools down.

Interesting... I has no idea until thread here for a first time... :eek3:

We don't leave TV on all the day... but most in evenings.

I don't leave electronics on when I'm away. I always turn them off when I'm not using them. :) It's best way to save bills for energy and lifespan also. The only thing I leave on is the computer on. It's been running for 24/7 unless I'm out of town for a few days.
