(Anyone know the author of this poem? I saw/read it many, many years ago, and still remember it)....
Don't feel sorry for me, tho' my ears can't hear,
Just give me ur love as my guide.
For in the silence around me, I feel peace,
it surrounds and abounds me,
I'm able to listen for Love.
Let me learn, let me strive,
give me pride, in my right to be me.
(There is more to the poem that I'm struggling to remember. Perhaps another member here at AD knows the rest of it?)
