Who is loyal to T-MOBILE?!

Again, in America Tmobile is EXCLUSIVE carrier for Danger, Inc Hiptop Sidekick! Exclusive means ONLY ONE, NOBODY ELSE!!! Cingular is NOT authorized to provide wireless service to SK!
Then why does my friend use Suncom for his Sidekick. His Sidekick isn't associated with T-Mobile.

I'm not "dedicated" to T-Mobile. Just because I have a Sidekick II doesn't mean I'm "dedicated" to T-Mobile. I have a friend who has a Sidekick and it's through another company, not T-Mobile.

If they came out with a better mobile device for the deaf at a good price, then I'd probably go for that if I like it. I know some people who are so dedicated to something that they refuse to listen to anything else that happens.

For instance, I have a friend who is so dedicated to Microsoft that he will support Microsoft in any way... no matter what. When Google developed their own map section, I thought it was a big improvement over MapQuest. However, GoogleMaps doesn't work well on my computer since it's old and slow. Yet, it works beautifully on another computer. Microsoft later released their own map section with a couple small features that GoogleMaps deosn't have. (One of them is to zoom in and out using the wheel on the mouse. ) However, it's not perfected and is still a lot slower than GoogleMaps is. I still like GoogleMaps cuz it gives me what I WANT and makes me more satisfied than Microsoft's new map section does. However, my friend is like... "MapQuest and GoogleMaps suck! Go for Microsoft!"
VamPyroX, I do actually understand and see your excellent point!!! then why you bought sk2 in first place? But there are some people who complaint or dis-satisfy with T-mobile service or else..that is their problem, not mine.. their complaint about t-mobile that there is nothing I can do with. As for me, I have ZERO problem with T-mobile, because I am highly faith to tmobile service for 4- 5 years. I acknoweldge there had some problem system tech problem, but i aint whine or complaint about their service.. I knew them try their best to serve custom satisfactions.. why i wanted t mobile sidekick, reason I want to communication quickly through sk via AIM, and via EMAIL wherever i go.. I do offically satisfied with tmoble sidekick had all (aim, email, pop3, camera, other progams) in one service, plain and simple... tmobile gave me twice free sidekicks..that why I am totally loyal to tmobile. I got cartoon edition which will be rare and valve price in eventually.. cartoon edition is sooo special to me and I dedicated this to t mobile in following heart to me, because my membership of tmo since 10/2001..

FYI Tmobile do NOT own SideK!ck! I know many people thought Tmobile owns it. In reality, Tmobile became exclusive wireless carrier provider contract with Danger, Inc. As you see, Danger, Inc is the one who owns Sidek!ck, not Tmobile. Don't believe me? Go ahead check www.danger.com There is info in there. Same principle with Blackberry. These two companies are independent and have contracts with wireless carrier. Any other wireless devices usually owns by Tmobile, or any wireless carriers. But for Tmobile, you could move simcard to any wireless device with exception of Blackberry and Sidek!ck! What does that means? It means that you can NOT use Sim card from Sidek!ck to another Tmobile device! But if you have Tmobile device like a nokia phone and decide to transfer simcard to LG phone, can do that without contact Tmobile. That is because Tmobile don't have any contracts with these phone makers, they just bought it and sold to you.
This is clarification for you that Tmobile do NOT own SideK!ck, but just exclusive contractor as wireless provider service PERIOD.
I never said that Tmoblie owned skidekick 2.. anyway I love to using personal sim card, it easy to tranfer from old sidekick to new sk or blackberry as automatically..that is one easily way!

Yup, whats more, there is not even one Tmobile logo imprinted on the SK unit itself! You will find the name of brand and technology developed by whoever on back of the LCD screen! Its right there! I don't know why people kept assume that Tmobile owns it! If Tmobile truly owns the SK, there will sure have Tmobile logo imprinted on the device itself. When you boot up, of course Tmobile logo pops up on the screen, that is because they provide the wireless service, THAT IS ALL! The SK server which controls the features in the SK is actually in the property owned by Danger, Inc. NOT Tmobile.

Same concept here, AOL owns the system that AOLsuckers logged in(As if its Danger, Inc.). But who provides the connectivity? It is your phone company or broadband provider (as if Tmobile), either way. But your phone company, nor broadband provider don't own the AOL.

If you must know wheather SKIII will ever come out, contact Danger, Inc. NOT Tmobile dealer! Then you can get straightforward answer. SKIII will NOT come out anytime soon! Trust me, it is all gossip. And I know it! Sorry, I have to roll my eyes up!
Tmobile had featured danger's operater system and program software.. I DON'T BELIEVE SIDEKICK 3 will release out next years.. rumors is BSing that i aint buy from!

I am sorry but Tmobile sucks!!! I have been with Tmobile for the last 6 months and have had nothing but trouble with them.

The original contract stated I would pay a total of 65 dollars a month for service including unlimited text messaging.

So far every month for the past 6 months I have paid over a 100 dollars every month. I call and fight with them every single month and it is still going on.

I believe anyone who goes through TMobile needs to rethink that.

I have documented proof of how much I have been paying and the original contract.

On Monday I am contacting a lawyer to see if I can SUE.

I am very fed up with TMobile and I strongly believe they are a scam company.

Right now it is gonna cost me 164.55 to pay my bill off due to those jerks saying that text messaging unlimited was just added in November which is not true. I have had it for 5 full months now. So they are charging me for all text messages at 5 cents a message and 15 cents for some other so called messages.

So all in all I have so far paid Tmobile over 700 dollars when in reality I should only have paid a total of 350 dollars. Can anyone say SCAM?

Its outrageous! I seriously urge anyone considering TMobile or who already has it to think about using another company.

I am going to check to see if there have been any other complaints like mine against TMobile and if there is I will post them here if you wish!

Alex, I read the rules and didnt see anything about a post like this but if it is truly against the rules you can delete it. And I wanna apologize in advance if I did indeed break a rule. I did not mean to.

That's just my Tmobile horror story. I have to pay 164.55+200.00 to buy out the contract which I will be doing so.

For those who have had a good history with Tmobile I would like to say good for you! But also good luck in the future! I do not mean to upset anyone with my post especially those loyal to Tmobile.

Just remember there are always a good story and a bad story about a company. I would love to know if there is more like me?
I don't think t mobile service is SUCH- SUCK! I did not see any tombile rip me off from their business.. their service is excellent!!! I think you voilated their agreement or something else for reason.. or you did not read agreement and policy within careful before you signed on contactor...If you did not happy with their service, you want to sue tmobile, go for it and stop blah, blah.. take actions and go sue them.. i expect you put your own complaint suing tmobile print in public newpaper someday! GOOD LUCK for fight and get your $$ back or else..

Why not you go and buy libretto mini-notebooks or OQO which one you looking for!

I just checked with Suncom. It's a telecommunication company that supports South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennesse, and Puerto Rico. My friend's from South Carolina (or North Carolina?) and he got the service there. If you aren't from the following areas... then that wouldn't work for you.

I've been a T-Mobile customer since July 2005, I enjoy their service and I have no problem with them either.... :thumb:

Suncom is Canadian based company! I said clearly United States!

First of all I never said it was a sidekick or blackberry. It was a cell phone.

Second of all. I had 600 minutes talk time. And had UNLIMITED text messaging both sending and recieving.

T-Mobile just kept giving me the run-around every single month, I had their service. If it wasnt text-messaging driving up my bill it was something else.

I never ever went over my 600 anytime minutes. I had free nights and weekends. Nights starting at exactly 9 pm MY time * I checked*. and ending at 7 am My time. I primarily used my phone on the weekends for the free talk time minutes. Weekends being all day Saturday and until 7 am Monday morning.

They just always found a way to charge me more. And I always paid. Just got tired of it and decided to buy it out.

TMobile is not a trustworthy company IN MY Opinion.

CKFarbes why the rudeness? We are all allowed to express our opinions. I simply stated mine. And no I did not violate any agreements.

And I do plan on seeking a lawyers advice today.

I did nothing wrong with T-Mobile and did pay everything I was told to pay so far. And will do so on top of buying my contract out. I have read my contract and I have all communication times and dates of placed calls. Including the call that was one month after recieving my cell phone to add unlimited text messaging. I asked about games and if I used or played them would it take minutes. I asked about everything concievable. I aint stupid!!

Vamp you did bring up some viable points.

But my cell phone is not shared with anyone.

I was simply posting my feelings and MY opinion about T-Mobile and their service. I was simply sharing my horror story with them.

I am sure everyone here has had a problem with one company or another somewhere along their lifetime. Mine happened to be with T-Mobile.

I understand, Bear! I am not quite clear on what your situation was with Tmobile. For me, the worst wireless carrier I have experience with... I can bet you, that I will hear plenty of deafies HAIL toward to me! It is WYNDSUCKTELLMOFO! I am sorry, and I HATE WyndSUCKMOFO ever since they betrayed me with the contract agreement. I warned the owner of WyndSUCKMOFO to get his act together or he will lose consumers BIG TIME. His response was rather fancy excuses, "we have three phases to reorganization our company. We need to focus on our company first before consumers". I said to him, there is old saying "It is three times harder to find new consumers than to keep existing consumer" and that I don't give damn about his company being reorganized and I am NOT paying MORE for nothing! He don't give damn. Sure enough he lost over 95% of loyal consumers of his. Now he have to brown nose with GoAmerica because he now owes them at least 20 million dollars. Too bad that he have to suck GoAmerica for rest of his life over his stupidity.

Ouch diehard I am so very sorry to hear of your trouble with that company.

Although I dont recognize the name at all. Must have been a fly by niter lol.

Unfortunately, customer service is ranking last in almost any company today.

Sooner or later, these companies will have to wake up and see if they dont treat the consumers right, then there wont be a company at all.

Did you ever see about suing them? You should, especially if it costed you more money and an unnecessary amount of time.

Thanks for sharing a little of your horror story with a company.

By the way it was as I figured when I called the lawyers today. They said even though it sounds like I have a case. That it isnt worth going to court and fighting them over it. One lawyer even put it bluntly, they got more money and more lawyers than I do and they would just tie it up in court til I gave up.

So, am gonna go ahead and pay the bill, pay the extra 200 for early termination fee and write it off as a bad experience. Albiet, a very hard earned one.

Wish the government could step in just a little for ALL of us and force ALL big businesses, no matter who it is. NOT just TMobile but ANY company, including utilities and the like to stop walking all over us simply cause they can.

Is there a way to get reform? How would you go about it?

Diehard you should never have suffered what you did with Wynd whatever that name was the way you did. I should should not have suffered the way I did with TMobile. And most certainly no one else should suffer from a business doing them dirty.

Any one with any suggestions on how to go about getting the government to step in, let me know.

I would like to bring about change, and willing to take as many years as I have to-to bring it about so hopefully in the future NONE of us has to go through the horror stories with ANY company.
