I'm 45 years old and do not feel that I am old... that's just number...
That the way to go.
I'm in my 40's actually 42 lol.
I feel young but my wife told me to take it easy cuz I hurt myself while I was playing like I'm in 20's. My wife told me "You are not young anymore!!"
40's the age that Advil is your "best friend". Last spring, I helped my dad putting roof on his new shed. During lunch break, he gave me lunch along with couple of Advils. Aw sheesh!! I did have sores but no pains! Oh well! I just take it anyway.
I don't have any wrinkles either
My daughter told us that she don't want to stay at "rasin" home. I told her to be nice to "rasins" and we too will become "rasin" in next 10 to 15 years anyway.

No, I am not in my 40's as I am in mid 20's.

In my mid-forties here....not sure how I feel about it.
I feel better now than I did in my 30s.I don't know why.

I think the 40s will be the best time in life.
