It's not about Bush coming back. It's about comparing two different crisises. Which one handled it better. The people voted that it was Bush who handled his crisis far better than Obama did with the oil spill debacle.

People do this all the time on comparing and contrasting with other previous President's job and how they handle various crises.

Okay, I'll say it. Obama can run rings around Bush in any crisis. Now we can all relax. :lol:
 
anyone remember katrina? who was the prez then when it was a human sewage pit and fema was being congratulated on it's fine handling of the situation ? that was an embarrassment for the USA

Yup.

Katrina is far superior worser than oil spill since Katrina caused kill almost two thousands and very biggest mess in anywhere of gulf coast since oil spill only killed few people with big mess of oil over ocean and near shore, that means damage from oil spill is no worse than other.

Katrina has affected 2006 midterm election that gave democrats to regain the control in congress since republicans control the congress in 1994, also approval rating for G.W. Bush had been dropped as well.
 
Last I checked, Obama is currently our president and the one having to handle crises. That won't be changing until the next election, and maybe not even then depending on if he should run and win again, so I frankly don't find any need to compare him to any previous president. Changes absolutely nothing.

It's quite common to compare the current President's ability to handle a crisis versus previous Presidents. We do this all the time. Compare and contrast.

Have at it. Frankly it does nothing for me. You've made it very apparent on this form that you don't care for Obama, however, we're not so stupid that we can't see between the lines here that you're looking for an excuse to compare Obama to whoever you think is better. Enjoy.

Clinton vs First term Bush ....... Tie
Clinton vs 2nd term Bush.......... Clinton

obama vs 1st term Bush.......... Bush
obama vs 2nd term Bush ......... Tie.....but could turn to a Bush win if obama keeps spending

Clinton vs obama ......... Clinton no contest

obama vs Carter ......... Tie......but could end up being a Carter win

obama vs Wilson.......... Tie




If I may paraphrase Lincoln (who should never have to be mentioned with any of these guys)

1 score and 2 years ago the Presidency of this great nation began to suck....and it hasn't stopped.
