Remember the white flight where white people move out of cities to settle in the suburban.. and for a long time, it was popular for whites but now they're moving back into cities.

Yup, this article is true because San Bernardino County and Riverside County are most minorities now but it was most white population in 1980's before big shift occurred in 1990's.

I'm predict about Orange County will becomes most monorities much soon.

In here, in Birmingham metro, some suburbs are increasing of minorities, especially Hoover and Center Point is one of them due fast growing of Latinos and blacks since many whites are moving so further suburb like 40 miles away from Downtown Birmingham. Some suburbs are declining as well and some middle class neighborhood are downscale to low income neighborhood with numerous of ugly design 1960's-1970's houses and some houses built in 1990's aren't good anymore.

In Atlanta metro, I know about some part of Cobb County, especially closer to Six Flags are declining, so is in Clayton County too.

America suburb is soon to become like France suburb with high number of poor and more crime.

just because there may be more people who ID as, or are perceived as "not white"/Caucasian, does not make said people as groups or as a mass, a majority in terms of historical/political/legal power or ability to access the same services. All that means is that the number<s> may be greater.
