Velveeta cheese - nasty and made my tummy upset with formed, solid diarrhea due to Metamucil removed excess water, but without Metamucil, I would have watery, loose diarrhea.
Most oatmeal diet that contain worthless fiber additives, especially sugarcane fiber but made my tummy cramping and has no benefit. I avoid Fiber One products and high fiber diet doesn't contain psyllium. Regular oatmeal with natural fiber - no additives is ok and that what we use to make a oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. Same goes with wheat bread that contain worthless, high fiber additives too.
Any food contain a large content of lactose like milk, ice cream but easily treated with lactose enzyme like Lactaid.
Banana - give me excessive gassy and fart a lot with moderate pain. :-o
