Which do you prefer?

When you're frying potatoes, which kind do you prefer to use? Potaotes out of the frozen section? Or those grown in Idaho?

Personally I like the Idaho potatoes better, because they're fresher, and the quality is better. However, give me a bag of frozen french fries, and I'll show you what I can do. I'm quite skilled at making fried potatoes, and it's one of the things I specialize in doing.

That reminds me of that Dr Suess book about green eggs. Not for me, thanks. I like mine hard-boiled.
