You can't escape them here. And I am too cheap to pay Girl Scout prices. I go for the cheap Keebler knock offs. :lol:

You will have to hold out a big sign saying "Wanted: Girl Scout Thin mints!" out by a busy street!
 
I was lazy yesterday and went for McDonald's :shock: So today is iceberg salad with eggs, tomatoes, mozzarella and shrimps :) A tad bit healthier...

Somehow I got mine in Late January and early February. We have 5 mothers in my MIL's beauty salon, so they help with the sales. I personally ordered mine long distance to help my sister-in-law's scout troop. I placed the order with my sister-in-law and she gave the credit to the girl with the least amount in sales. That's how I've done it for the last 10 years. We get Thin Mints and Caramel Delights. 25 boxes of each, and then they are shipped to us by my sister-in-law.
 
Tonight is Sweet Turkey Italian sausage with pasta and beets.

Lunch today was homemade corn dogs with roasted potato sticks.

Had a massive fruit salad for dessert.

2 kinds of apples, pineapple, strawberries, green grapes, red grapes, honeydew, cantelope, watermelon, oranges and raisins.

No doubt! I couldn't find one today, either!! I settled for a package of mint oreos.

BTW, my dinner was chicken enchiladas with green chili sauce and a salad of butter lettuce, avacado and tomato with lime vinegrette dressing. Yummy! And enough left to take to work for my lunch tomorrow,too!

I just love fruit! It is the one thing I make sure I never run out of (besides ice cream!)
 
the fruit salad sounds wonderful, I love fruit! I just had some applesauce
and tonight at dinner I had: salad, and salmon burger and some steamed broccoli, with garlic, lemon and olive oil.
