Mexican style caldo de pollo (chicken soup)with fresh handmade corn tortilias and a side of beans w cheese. A pan dulce for a treat :)
 
Everyone decided they wanted KFC. I decided I didn't want KFC, and had more leftover chilli.
 
Mother took us all out for dinner - I had grilled shrimp with brocolli and risotto with parmesean, a side salad and a spicy tortillo soup.

Now, I am having a Candy Bar Avalanche Ice Cream cup from hubby's work. Rich's Ice Cream in West Palm Beach, FL. YUM!!!
 
Santa Fe soup and it is good, yummy.
 
I ate> Cold bow pasta with feta cheese, black olive, red pepper, sweet onion and greek dressing. :)
 
I dunno..Ill have to look in fridge...oh darn I wish I could have got the fresh potatoes so I can make home fries with fish. Oh well...I guess rice will do with sweet peas.
 
Tonight I'm having spaghetti with tomato sauce and salad.

Tomorrow night I'm having pork tenderloin with roast red potatoes though I haven't decided on a side yet to go with my meat and potatoes. I'm not sure If I'll have it with lima beans, green beans or bitter greens (most likely kale boiled with side meat and onions). :hmm:
 
No Yolks egg noodles, Sweet & Sour sauce with marinated mini meatballs and beets.
 
I ate peanut butter with boysenberry jelly sandwich yummy!
 
I had 2 slices of meat lover's pizza.
 
chicken with onion, green pepper, mashed potatoes and peas. Dessert valentine s day cookies and ice cream
 
Tonight MIL and son have weigh-in so if we go to the same restaurant, then I will have a chef salad with my fat free toasted sesame dressing.
 
A Healthy Choice Cafe Steamer, on a big sale at Target last week. Plus a glass of milk.
 
Tonight I'm having lasagna and garlic bread topped with cheese. <very happy>
