Didn't have apple juice or vinegar (well I do have apple vinegar, but I am not that wild. ), so I stole TheWriteAlex's idea of using beer for pulled pork-- I never did like the currant beer (too much like wine) I got with the Unibroue pack, so it gives me an excuse to use it up. I like Asian BBQ sauce more than the tomato-based and vinegar-based BBQ sauces that North Americans seem to prefer.

:p Cajun? Just got bored and did up a simple mix.

yup, the eggs had lots of pepper and some garlic and I used some olive oil to coat the pan and I had some ginger and cinnamon and agave syrup in my hot cereal.
