What's your best memory of year 2006?

The best memories I have is that my ex and I went on a trip to Myrtle Beach, SC it was the best time ever! I will never forget that for the rest of my life. And my CI surgery and the process I have made! :cool:
 
Yeah I agree with you that most of 2006 was bad for me also but the summer and the end of 2006 wasn't bad.. it was great time! The divorce was and still is painful for me but I am learning to enjoy my life for the first time and start all over, ya know? Hopefully 2007 brings me a great year without stress! :fingersx:

I didnt go but some of my friends did go.. it was in St. Louis, MO and it was only 12 ppl there. But I did hear that they had great time there. :giggle: They are having another one in Cleveland, Ohio in summer of 2008. :) They will post more info when they can. :)

Same here..didnt know that AD Caucasus is a big party. None for 2007?

My best memories of 2006 are

Finally moving into my own place with my hubby without any roommates after 7 years of roommates!!!

My friend whom I hadnt seen in 3 years coming to visit me. That was sooo awesome to see her and going to my gym to sit in the whirlpool hot tub and chat for hours.

My son taking his first steps :)

My birthday trip to Ocean City with my husband for a romantic getaway.

My mom's visit from AZ.
 
Best memories in 2006....

My neieces were born 5 days apart

Got paid job at place where I used to be a citizen lobbyist

Democrats won election, re-took Congress and State House

Seeing my old frieds at a reunion

left my ex boyfriend for good

doing better in school

return to Student Senate and be active in campus life.
 
Ermm, lots to mention, pick the best ones for 2006 is:-

Holiday in New Zealand
Ride in a helicopter three times
Hiking glacier
Thermal Mineral spa pool
New oak polish floor
German friends visit us, we took them a mini holiday.
Brand new 4 wheel drive car
Three new laptops
Three new mobile phones
My youngest start Middle School Term One last Jan
 
Ah also the best was went to Myrtle Beach with my best friend and her son. Went to my long time good friend's wedding in VA.
 
Went to many diffy WWE events for 8 times in 2006, its broken my personal record, ha... Now my goal to touch more than 15 times to any WWE events in anywhere...
 
My best Memories of 2006 is;

Moving in Washington State with my boyfriend, Sequoias
Went to Ocean Shores with my boyfriend, Sequoias
Went to California for my boyfriend, Sequoias' 10 years Reuion of his High School and met his parents
Went backto my home, Michigan for my brother's graduation from High School and had my boyfriend met my family and friends
Went to Ocean Shores again for my boyfriend's friend's graudation from College
Got a job
Being with my boyfriend for a year on August 2006
Being with my boyfriend on Thanksgiving for first time
Being with my boyfriend again on Christmas for first time also
Also, being a mother of my eight rats and four mices(two rats and one mice passed away)
Spend the time with my family and friends in Michigan
Spend the time with my boyfriend and his family on his birthday

That's all that I can think of so far....
 
My best memories for 2006:

First time I ever met my love in person on Feb 2006 and my first holiday seasons with my sweety.

Traveled around WA state and Michigan in summer with my love.

10 year reunion in June 2006 and met the old classmates.

One of the worst and wild weather and weather records in WA state.

My poor dog passed away on Sept 2006, I will miss him always!

Proud parent of 6 rats, 3 mice and 5 fish (alive)

I'm sorry that you have bad time in 2006... I had mine, too... Mainly worst is I lost my sister to drug last May 2006 but I tried to positive what I enjoy myself in 2006.

It's beautiful feeling to witness Kim, my 2nd cat gave birth to 4 beautiful kittens. :D

Danny, my eldest son is being elect as Class Speaker at school...
 
My best memories of 2006 was getting my own CI and witnessing true love blossom for my friend Cheri. She deserves it so much and I cant wait till they can finally be together forever. And when their wedding happens I surely hope I am invited!

Also being invited to ^Angel's^ and RR's wedding is also a great memory to have!

The only bad memory I have of 2006 was the passing of my dearly beloved mother. I miss her so much everyday. RIP mom.

Also a very good memory of 2006 was all the aim chats and getting to know everyone from AD much better.

Hugsss and hope 2007 is a great year for everyone!
