What's the weather like...in November

Because of the extreme weather changes we are experiencing, I think it is far too early to make long range forecasts. I just know that you will have a great trip. :)

This is the first time in many, many years that I have paid vacation and minimum "home/family responsibilities".

Oh, I know. But thought I'd ask anyway...just to get an idea. I was reading a news report online about major delays on the Calif Zephyr in Jan 2010...which is when we here on the east coast got socked with 3 major snowstorms. I think November will be ok.
