What you need to know about ZOTOB worms
(warning: if you are using Windows 2000; you may be targeted by that worms!)
There are variants of ZOTOB worms that may afffect Windows other than Windows 2000

if you don't have a firewall, then you are at greater risk of getting virus.

port 445 is where the virus goes through. if you have cable or DSL without firewall, always turn off the computer. I am safe because I am behind the firewall.
 
Doesn't matter if you have firewall or not.. CNN had firewall but they were struck by this worm! worms looks for weakness or hole in certain OS like Windows 2000.

Best course of action is dump Windows and go Linux or dump PC and get any Apple computer with Mac OS X... (that is if you are fed up with all this spyware, virus, worms and trojans!)

I honestly know nothing about worms.. especially I acknowledge of virus, hackes, and bugs in anything PC.

Can you tell me more specific detail example of what worms in computer? :)

i have my own mac and the os is WAY AHEAD and XP is getting older now. Apple Mac OSX Tiger has everything that you will be seeing in Windows Vista (coming out in '06.)
