What ya think of sign for Sorenson?

I think that kind dry and I show that sign and they were complentely turn off. I don't know why but they feel rude but not to me.

I am speaking about the sorenson. I don't work for them or relay service.

I don't even know the sign for the sorenson, I don't see anything turned off about that...

did anyone actually see the video? it's weird bec the interpreter isn't signing the new sign as it was drafted.
 
I don't know sign very well. Can someone explain the significance? I don't understand the connection between the sign and sorenson.
