Walking or some excerise do help you feel a little better to have less despression or stress.. I also have notice that for me because when I quit smokes I get panic attack or a nervous breakdown.. I go for walk and it surely does calm me down
so Try that too..

Yes, the excerise is very helpful to prevent depress. I have been not depress since two years now because I am too busy with two jobs, kids, housework, etc... I do not have a time to be depress to think about negative.
Stay in busy, it will help your depress going away ! Especially, in the winter time, high percent of us cause depressing because of too cold, snowing, raining, etc.. stay home... Yikes !
This year summer, we have been cold weather lately. Weird !! It seems like this season as autumn time to us. I notice, the leaves turn red, orange and yellow on the trees. It is too earlier !!
