A Family member who passed on and you inherited his small amusement park was closed down 15 years ago. But it needed repairs in order to get in full operation again. What would you do?

Sell the equipment and turn it into my own property, build my own house and farm. Hopefully the land is salvagable. Then rent out parts of the property that I dont use.

KattMom how would you turn this place into a farm

Since I'm no fan of amusement parks, I'd burn it down and make a parking lot in it's place.

Take down all the equipment and sell it, that would give you enough funds to uproot the ground foundation made to build sidewalks, then harvest the soil.

I mean, I didnt say it wouldnt take time... if your thinking viola over night kind of stuff, but it certainly can be done with work.

katt. From pics of it, alot of the land looks like its been unmaimed. Which would make it easier to harvest on. You can build a house on the unusable land, and create stables on it too...

I would sell equipements to traveling fair parks....keep the land and rebuild it into a animal sancutary.

It's shame to sell them...

I would do something meanfuling to use 15 years old amusement park... simple park for the children or building houses for the people to rent?

Remove and sell all of the equipment, remove the concrete, and depending on where the land is located how it is zoned, keep it or sell it.

If you can handle all the responsiblities and stress then you can rebuild and open it up..

If you can't do it, then sell it to someone that's willing to rebuild and keep going.
