just a certain model from certain year. old bikes tend to have certain quirks. :dunno: Guess I should use JEEP alternator, si? LOL

I bet you'll have to mod a motorcycle so it can accomodate Automotive Alternator :rofl:

Another way is to swap out with 3rd party Alternator or swap out Voltage Regulator (I suspect that's the cause).
