I like honeycrisp, fuji, and gala. What I want most in an apple is incredible crispness. I cannot stand an apple that isn't extremely crisp.

My kids like apples with peanut butter, and they all like honeycrisp, too. One of them also likes granny smiths.

We want to clear some trees from our property this year and plant some apple trees.
