even THAT is gimicky, it arent real Tai Chi. I done quite a lot of different styles (not just Tai Chi, other MAs). This in the video is more like pantomine, copying without actually thinking about Tai Chi way , not even close. Relaxing yes, but it arent it.
But it does get you moving and you work on your breathing deeply and all. I find when I do it, there is a lot less stress in my life and I have been losing weight and gaining muscle tone.
