I eat soft-boiled eggs every morning, but one of my favorite all-time cereals is a bowl of roughly diced red organic apples (they are the only apples I can eat) with come celery, Celtic Sea Salt, Real Lemon Juice from the Lemon, or Lemon Rinds, and maybe some raisons. It's so good.
I have to experiment later with Buckwheat Pancakes, their good for people sensitive to gluten, and you can make this for a pizza base or your bread!
Here's the simpliest receipe:
1/2 c. Buckwheat Flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 egg, and 1/2 c. water.
It makes 3 moderate size pancakes, mix the wet into the dry mix!
