All I know that---
We, whichever the state aren't listed, aren't get VP-200 or soon to be release. They will update more in this Summer that news once we will know more for details.
About Installer; he or she might mean that he couldn't give or get VP-200 if you prefer by your request. It just might follow step by step at what Sorenson provided the free.
If you prefer to get VP-200 then I will and ensure believe it will be waiting long lists in the order. If I have VP-100 already then that will input on record that I already have VP-100 and they will sent to trainner or installer prompt me a email for appointment to replace VP-200 and train some more about the new feature.

:/ thats sucks if you must get vp100 first.. I would go for vp200.. cuz I dont really like to have tech/installer come by twice or more than twice..

yes cuz wait for ur hometown set up for vp 200 then u will get it
I can understand the women's concern but there really is not that too much you can do about it and if you want you can apply to be a female vp installer and get more training as you go then more Deaf women will be more comfortable with a Deaf woman who is a vp installer for Sorenson and will go to your house if you request a female vp installer. As for me, I don't mind either one a guy or a woman as long as they really know their stuff installing the vp's and really shows respect.

Female Sorenson Installer/Tech
I understand the point of view about this but my conernce for either one of sex. I rather have them know what to do instead I have to do this and this and this and realize they didn't fixed it or train that part.
I know some people but didn't tell me who their installed.
The installer trainned and then left that quickly. I enourge them to report to Sorenson about this issue that must and MUST be done. I believe Sorenson is interesting for all of us get a "HAPPY MEAL" with high "A plus".
OFf the point,
I used to live country with no high speed but DIRECWAY. I order the DIRECY which costs upfront is 600 dollars
with one year contract that no fun! I paid 60 dollar per month with fair and fair expectly the light storm get high speed. I think the people have not enough faith to use internet during the thunder storm and its my CHANCE to download something! heh....
Anyway-- the two men came while I work. My roommate welcome them and start installing that lead miscommunication. I finish work and rush to get home because I feel funny about it.
When I arrived home and two guy aren't look like working for Direcway like COX or SBC or something to wear to notice that they are working for business or trainned.
They touch two computer; first is my roommate. It went blank and crash and then go on to my computer. I asked them what they are doing. They need modem to dial up to set up and direct point from Direcway headquater. I was like ... ok.. with not sure.. GOOD ENOUGH.. its CRASH on my hard drive that must format which I was middle of project of this and this and this..
So I am mad and told them, let me do it. I config with Window xp to become win 95 to made its easier for them. They know what to do with Win95 but not XP. WEIRD!
After the done and they left.. I was happy to launch the program to get connect internet... realize it all mess up. So I have to fix the both problem so my roommate can stop using my computer.
I walk outside and notice direcway things box with all spit tobacco chew in box and all that.. left like this?! I cannot use them to burn cuz its banned due the dry grasses.
Roommate have to tell me about what happen. They stop the dog poopie and wipe their shoe off on carpet in living room and other than that.. they didn't ask him, "Is that ok we put that roof" or "is that ok we will drill the wall" before it action or any document need sign the form of agreement.
So I got mad about all those and internet service and blah blah blah...
I called Direcway and explain all what happen due if I am not happy within 30 days, am I suppose to send those direcway with tobacco chew that they already spitted. No document that I agreed to let them touch my computer.
They, customer service, are suprised about this and cuz that not suppose to leave the boxes and that need them to take it in office within 30 days in case I am not happy and they can reuse the dish. Oh well, their office disappear and Direcway try to find where they are.
I got it free 600 dollars..
Plus.. 3 months service
