What do you expect from Telecom Providers?

I am part of a Telecom Provider and we are considering to introduce products for people that are hard of hearing - specifically children but also elder people. I thought that this could be a great forum to find out what is really required and yet missing.

So please share your ideas. Thanks in advance.
