THIS is a long-overdue thread.
Don't you wonder what apps, youtubes, updates, photos other ADers are consuming or flogging??
well here's you chance to throw in your brags or anticipation upon what you're hoping to gain from the downloads, hell even you could say why this download as made you curious....

and don't forget to say did you pay for it, or LOL did you go to another way as to avoid to be rip off or just plain trying it out discretely without the pressure

oh what abut spyware , adwares are you worried about it what do you do to avoid it, does it annoy you to make you reconsider a download??

start now, broadcast what's your internet kicks as downloads....

mine's an addone for Firefox, "Download helper" why? i like ripping you tubes for reference to look later and know what may be interesting to watch again or see again how things are done, like paving how to's
 
I just downloaded Text Free for my Asus tablet, which is free, and yes, I was curious to see what it looked like. I have a list of apps on Google Play, and I spent some time eliminating those I wouldn't be needing, and some I need to get rid of, since I never use them.

I also used my Bitdefender scan option to make sure my tablet was safe, and it is.
 
Used to download a lot...and regretted it!...Now, I don't download at all...
 
I'm sure she knows that Mark; she probably means regretting downloading them because either she didn't use the items or they took up time not because they were malicious or anything.

hmm I don't think I've downloaded anything lately other than a DMV form for vision (I know I will fail the eye test like I do every time I move but I am able to drive). A few of my downloads are games that include Candy Crush (86 is evil) and Game of War.
 
I go onto site called 'martins money page'you can get freebies good advice virus ware etc
watching tv this morning and stated be able to download circuit boards with ordinary printer,i give that a go when affordable
 
...and you can use 'whois' website to find out the legitimacy of such a website you're looking at......

you can always ask me in PM, is that safe -pass link id look it up and feedback, hell you should ask anyone here in AD....with real people who are friendly and helpful would surely help...just idea...
 
One thing I download frequently is WordPress plugins, sample code, etc. I generally like to download things that already have passed the site's antivirus program. All sites should incorporate an antivirus program to ensure that anyone uploading things (or even the owner uploading things) for people to download is virus-free.
