Disability Rights Advocates is pursuing complaints from California consumers that Wells Fargo Bank is refusing to accept relay calls from its deaf customers. We have received reports that the bank hangs up on relay callers or insists that they use TTY or physically visit a Wells Fargo branch office to conduct business or obtain information. If Wells Fargo has refused to accept your relay call we would like to talk to you as soon as possible to discuss your experience. Please contact Rebecca Williford at rwilliford@dralegal.org or call 510-665-8644 through your chosen relay service, or reach us by TTY at 510-665-8716 to speak to someone about this investigation.
