Warning about APF 2K8

I need let you know that game, All-Pro Football 2K8 don't have NFL teams but rather to be customize team, like fake team, also I just like WTF at this game and got no NFL team then I want return to store and get full refund but too late after open the package. :pissed:

Don't buy APF 2k8 if you want NFL team then go get Madden 08 in next month.

Damn, I made mistake, I must bought NCAA 08, oh well...
 
Really? I thought most people knew about this before buying the game, that it had no NFL teams, and used hall of fame players, etc... It was in all their ads and such, on GameFAQS and in magazines too. It was almost as if the marketers made sure the buyer understood it was not NFL licensed.

There's a reason there's no "NFL" in the title "ALL PRO Football"...

No, some people don't know about it, like one of my friend bought this game then he was complain that they don't have NFL team, but oh damn because ign or gamespot don't give a review at earlier.
 
blame EA. They're the one who got NFL to sign an exclusivity contract.

I don't need a review to tell me what the game is about, what it will feature before I rent or buy it. It just takes some common sense, and reading and perception skills. I knew about All Pro not having NFL teams months ago.

I've heard the NFL is not happy with the quality of the EA Madden games, so there is a possiblity the NFL will not go with EA again, or stop the exclusivity crap.

at wal-mart, they are use security case for all games and many of employees don't let me or consumers to read on back of game then I have no choice but I ant use discount card to save. They need replace into rack with mini security case on boxart like Best Buy and Circuit City does.

I bought this game because I thought it will same as NFL 2K5, that I love it for PS2 version in 2004 then that's totally different. Now, I don't pay attention on media for sports.

I'm going to trade into NCAA 08 tomorrow...
 
You could use your pager to dig up a little info on the game before buying, or research it a bit online before buying the game. I sometimes spend 20 minutes in a store looking at various reviews/summaries of a game or movie on my pager before deciding to rent or buy it.

Hey Pacman, A freind told me some people have found codes for NFL uniforms in the game... I am assuming they are older uniforms, and not 2008 ones... LOL @ EA if this is true..
 
I already traded into NCAA 08 for PS3 version from my friend for no charge.

NCAA 08 is pretty decent but control looks different from previous NCAA series on PS2 like increase into complicated and realistic.

You can play high school play-offin NCAA 08 but depends on state that where you live.
