S.T.E.P. Inc. (Strategies To Empower People, Inc) is looking for Supported Living Services (SLS) Coordinators for our company. This job is to assist our Deaf and Deaf/Blind Developmentally Disabled clients so that they can successfully live on their own in our community. This position also supervises Personal Attendants who work with our clients 1:1 in their homes and in the community. This position typically has a "caseload" of 5 clients, coordinating medical appts and needs, medication administration in the home, social/recreational needs, helping the client meet their ISP goals and personal goals.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
You must be fluent in ASL, and you must be able to read and write in English to perform the essential duties of this position.
At least high school diploma or GED.
One year experience with persons with Developmental Disabilities or related field, or degree in related field.
Must have safe, reliable vehicle with current registration.
Must have valid driver license and current insurance.
Must possess basic Math skills.
Must pass background check through independent firm.
Must successfully pass Pre-Employment drug screening test.
Must successfully complete company Supervisor Training course.
