Interesting. I know this gal who lived in Hubei Province, China for about half a year. I'll ask her if she has heard about Chinese version firefox. According to her, she had no problem using Wikipedia and Youtube frequently as long as they are the "English" version. There are other popular video sites in China are called YouKu and Tudou. She also said that most Chineses are not interested in politics as long as their lifestyle is sufficient.

Heh this kinda sounds bad, but both youku and tudou often post copyright infringement material... I know because I'm watching Dexter on another tab in this window.
