I read this and this is not good news for the most of the workers. Ouch!

It probably will messed up.. i dont see how they will do it? what if it get busy? then what?? will they call the workers in to work. many of them will get overwhelmed, i am sure... they will fook it up for sure..

No, It's applied for new workers to make choice to work on schedule, also some employees can change their schedule to take more time with families. I talked to manager about it and wouldn't change our work schedule.

I'm associate at Wal-Mart and don't assuming about bad news or whatever.
 
It might be a hassle for on-call, but that's up to those employees. They can simply say 'no' when they are called.
