You can retrieve your vp-100 or vp-200 manual user guides by downloading a file (pdf) to troubleshoot on your own - easy by clicking at:

Sorenson VRS

* You need to fill in your vp type and your contact details plus email address so they will send you an email for the download link and retrieve your user guide manual guide (FREE).

It should take care for your problem on your own often and easy.

If you couldn't find the solution, then call or email vp support. It is handful anytime you face a such problem in the near future without calling vp support or whatever.

It worked every time I did including one last week that I solved it on my own.

I already request for VP-200 Guide and I never get email back with Guide!

Maybe it was due to your email box that blocked them? List it into your whitelist.

I recommend you to use your another email address and redo the filling and then see if it works.
 
Be interesting to get a first look at the VP-200. I already have the VP-100 and I think the 2 best features are the pan titling to the right left up and down, don't have to get up from my seat and the missed call feature really is going to help alots as it bounces around the t.v. screen. Sorenson is really working very hard to help the Deaf community and I have to say Thank you and Kudos to Sorenson !!!!!:applause: Thank you and God Bless to Sorenson !!!!! :angel:

I am using AIM for e-mail. Maybe I should ask them to email my pager so I can forward to my computer see if that work.

LOL! That how I felt when I found out.. When I found out I was like :jaw: Serious!!!! LOL
 
I don't think the VP-200 guide is out yet. VP-200 is still in beta testing. Correct me if I am wrong.
Oh no, they have started rolling out the VP-200 now.. Beta is over. . so the time to complete the rollout takes years. :D
