well - there are a few things to check before waiting for service. Check to make sure the network cable from sorenson vp goes into one of LAN ports of your sr200 router or simalar. Then check to make sure the cable that is in the wan of sr200 or simalar port goes into the the modem - doesnt matter if it DSL or cable box.
Quite often people dont check the wiring connections when they move things around or disconnect from kids. After doing that - unplug the power to vp, router, modem and wait 5 mins and plug back in, try again. If it fails -its possible that you might have a router firewall issue that somehow got reset from playing around which happens often.
If you guys are sick and tired of these black screens issue - you can port your sorenson number to a Z20 free and do away with these silly network setup everytime something happens or changes. Feel free to PM me for more details if you want.
