voicemail to transcription on blackberry or mobile

Hi there, I hope you have more information to give me that I should know.....I'm having a hard time finding the right one because the third party softwares have monthly payments to use. We have a visual voicemail on blackberry by Tmobile. The transcription voice to text thing you can recieve it as transcribed in an email or text where you can read it than not having to listen because I'm deaf and cannot hear it very well anymore.....not provided by Tmobile just yet. I hope it will upgrade a new offer in the future.

I wonder about you, all deaf that may have known something about it, tell me what you know or what you use. Anything would be greatly helpful.

I tried YouMail Pro Read-It 7 day free trial, I used over 7 transcriptions in two days, and then it had been ended. Good service, 4.99 dollars a month for 20 transcriptions or more or more than 20 would be too pricey if even though you may not use it much. I will think about it if I can't find anything else that is a free service.

I tried Google Voice, I'm not sure about it because I don't want to port my existing number to Google Voice, it will terminate my early contract and I'm under the contract right now....etc. And I don't want Google Voice number because I don't feel like updating everyone my new number....and also this number I have for a long time (my favorite number.)

I use IP Relay Voice Mail. It's entirely free. You get your own phone number. You give it to those you want messages from. Your messages are sent via email for you to read. The one drawback is that non-knowledgeable users of people leaving voice mail messages get hesitant and don't always leave a message.
 
If you are with Verizon you might check into Voice-to-Text service with your plan. I had this when I was with Alltel but Verizon discontinued it for a while. I was told the other day they had recently re-instated it for an additional $5.00 monthly fee.
 
Google Voice also offers this. It's free, but because it's an automatic machine transcription, it's not the best, but presumably better than nothing.
