I can't throught to my videophone i2eye because didn't work I know frustrated. I am really stress lots of struggle my videophone I wonder I am concern something differenet ip address not as same belkin54g both dlink WBR-1310 I know really stress.. I know I don't know what is happened. I know struggle my fix on PC. I don't know what I call vrs black window. I don't know what is happened fix on computer. I am really tired. how do you know fix on skills. I can't throught to help.hovrs.com I don't know what is happened itself router. I think so difficult. It is complication.

you can not make vrs calls from i2eye only deaf to deaf call on ip addy
 
But I know something different ip address wrong. I don't know what is happened I can help you PLs help me fix on router. I don't know i think so black. I know really tired
 
Heyya, smithr, are you saying your videophone is not working? Are you trying to use interpreter services, or just deaf-to-deaf calls?

If your videophone is not working, and you're only doing deaf-to-deaf call, I will take a look the protocol of your router and help you out. :)

i think so problem I need to make sure exactly my ip address. I don't know what is happened.. I am really lots of stress. you can't call me something blocked something wrong. I don't know what is happened blocked me> I think so maybe dmz or firewall I think so too many router. I am really difficult..

do you know dmz or I don't know port forwarding. I am really tired. I am really lots tried. I am really pretty something wrong problem..

Doesn't it have to do with the FCC' s deadline today? This sounds like a coincidence.

1. Did you change routers?
2. Which model of the i2eye video phone do you have? I think the choices are DVC-200 DVC-1100 and DVC-1000

Can't Obtain an Internal IP Address
Step 1 Verify a proper Ethernet connection is made and that a link light is present.
Step 2 Confirm that a DHCP server is active and serving your internal network.
Step 3 Replace the Ethernet cable if necessary.
Step 4 If steps one through three do not resolve the problem, consider statically assigning an IP address to the DVC. A static IP is preferred when the DVC is behind a router or gateway.

No Video in a call
If you cannot get video during a call:
- Video cables are not plugged in correctly.
- Incorrect network speeds
- VideoPhone is not working properly behind router or firewall. Open DMZ host or open ports 1720 (TCP) and 15328-15333 (UDP and TCP).
- An incorrect setting has been chosen on the Settings > Network > Public IP screen.
 
Don't matter that. I can fix to set up router and DLink i2eye VP and dmz. Use IP address.

That's the same thought as mine, these old videophones are useless for VRS now, only Point to Point via IP address is only the valid way. Unless Travis can just replace it with Viable VPAD.

I think so dhcp. I have only DVC-1000 that is why is firewall > I think so I am not sure difficult to my ip address and dmz. I don't know how do you know technical ip address. I can't fix on static ip I am really lots of struggle my ip address. I figure out wonder. I am really failure on tcp I think so firewall. I am guess you more general figure out idea. I don't have vpad I have only videophone i2eye..
