Hello,

This is a survey conducted out of the University of Maryland to answer the question: are smartphones having a major impact on communication in the deaf community? If you're a regular smartphone user, we'd really appreciate you taking a couple minutes to fill it out. We don't offer compensation for individual responses, but a $100 Amazon card is randomly distributed at the end.

Update on smartphone survey

you said random.. so does that mean if 30 responses and get one gift out of 30?
 
Yes, the probability of winning is 1/N where N is the number of respondents. One way to look at it is your "average payoff" is $100/N.

30 respondents is the goal, but it's not guaranteed we'll get that. So far I have 14, so the odds are still pretty good!
