I just read about this, and I thought you all should know about it.

If any of you own a prepaid cell phone like I do, you might want to check for this number, and see if there are any unauthorized charges to your bank card. Here's the number, and the link about the comments:

888-278-3397

Now, some people say it's all good, but most people are complaining about unauthorized charges. If you do have these, call your bank, and file a complaint.

you simply to direct tell police or authority handle do it best authority don't be pathetic don't need to reading to ( ignore to comments look up database.) Don't be patheic I advise police or authority company to if suppose to you annoy worst to you increase problem!.

you can do it
you call to police to take to serious.. it is easy clear to understand!

you will call to contact to help will resolve! police be careful it is very serious..

we cannot control thing.

You're right, we can't control what happens. However, it is better to be forewarned than not to be. I like to think that I'm doing a very small favor by alerting people to these kinds of scams, so they can be aware of it should they see something fishy, and most people do have an account with T-mobile or others on this list, which is why I'd like to make sure we aren't caught unawares.

I can only call the police IF I had unauthorized charges on my bank card (My local police department told me this), and I already called the bank to make sure there weren't any, and all looks good, but still-- some people are sneaky (and greedy, as well).

That's why I keep an eye on that 800notes.com website-- so I know what they're up to, and take the necessary steps to prevent myself from falling for a scam, and then having to go through all the headaches of having to call my bank, and everything else. I try my best to stay at least one step ahead of them, but like you said, it's not possible to control what we can't, but we can try our best to stay ahead of them. It's also why I don't register my number with the Do Not Call list, as I've read posts that these scammers might have gotten numbers off that, and I'm always very careful about what info I do reveal.

I agree; it's wise to be careful. However, I do not have any issues at this time, cause I am up to date on all my bills. As far as stress goes, I try to plan ahead of time, so I don't have to deal with that, and I ALWAYS verify that I am paying what I am supposed to be paying. If something doesn't seem right, I'll make a call, and talk about it, and try to understand why the charge is there, but the fact remains that there are some things I'd like to try, but am hesitant to, cause of certain things I'd heard of.
