i know there is not much that can be said considering this subject there are not many who understand this matter.

Tactile signing does take more energy. I've only done a little of it but I notice my stamina drains faster doing it than just signing.

Yes, low-vision signing and tactile signing are not well promoted in general. Low-vision signing requires more consciousness of techniques, lighting, positioning, contrast colors, etc., that some people need to be reminded of.

Do you have a support group?

Good for you. It is important to take a stand. Always let your family, friends, acquaintances know of your communication struggle.
They shouldn't take your hard work for granted!

hang in there, Vorsia! I hear you - you are tired, and you deserve a break. demand they work hard, too! send them to Google! it's easier for them,
for crissake, to do some itty bitty research on your condition!
yeah! kick their butt to the curb! :)

ps
by "itty bitty" I mean- it doesn't take a lot to click "google" and start
searching, is it!

I'm with Audiofuzzy--They've got to meet you half way. Good for you for speaking up for yourself :)

They need to meet halfway, if they want to communicate they got to realize it's not only just verbal, there are other alternatives. I know what you mean I have low vision too so I get tired but people needed to realize other ways to communicate with me.
I present my matter in a simplified way for them to (hopefully) grasp what I need. Some, don't bother but others do take the time to understand. To the ones who don't, well that's their loss.

You're doing great :) Keep it up! Stand up, you know yourself more than anyone else does.
