All they said at today's Doctor visit was that she had large b-cell lymphoma with positive markers and that he was going to refer her to an oncologist or cancer doctor that would know how to read the test results and tell us what we need to know. From what I looked up, the b-cells come from bone marrow and are part of the defense or white blood cells that defend against infection. B-cell lymphoma says that the cancer started in her lymph nodes and we don't know still if it is fast growing or slow growing and we don't know what stage it is to know if she is going to be able to get treatment or not so we are basically still in the dark. It could also be b- cell lymphatic leukemia. As soon as Dr. Nassila's office sets up an appointment and we hear from him I will post again with what he says , if she is going to make it or not. the waiting is killing us.
