right now what i know of not sure when will coming firmware . but it say be ready for new firmware for mvp


more you talk with rep and rep will fill out and report to dm and dm to mvp design then they will repair all issue they need
 
This is fact, talk is cheap, doing in writing (E-mail) to VRScomment is very powerful tool for customer to use. Failure to do so, they won't know what you want. Spill out what you want in here at AllDeaf will fall to Deaf ears.

Like any companies, if you complaining or whining or want something more and you just blabbing on any forum, or at any events like parties, etc, these companies will NEVER know you complained or want something. They will KNOW only when a customers made direct contact with company in writing. Calling customer service will lead to nowhere, know why? Would companies believe what the employee said from a customers? The chances are slim., so again companies want to hear DIRECTLY from customers not someone in the middle. This applies to ALL companies in the world.

Of course, the number of customers want something from companies makes difference. For example a customer that is on cruise and is complaining about something at cruise (Big ship), that customer tried to rock that ship, will the ship rocks? Of course it is unlikely, but if more than half of customers wants something and don't get from the cruise, can they rock the ship? Very likely, and will the captain like it? Probably not and may do something about unstable ship.

I have spoke with the customer information rep (CIR) at Sorenson regarding the new features, they are to suggest us to email vrscomments@sorenson.com to tell them what we want, they will listen to us. The more requests we send them the more they realize its a priority for us.
